Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
Next, contact your bank (processing time may vary).
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase before they are processed or shipped.
